Before you subscribe

It renews on its own. £199.99 a year or £19.99 a month — the total you pay —until you cancel. We’ll email you before each renewal, and if the price ever changes you get 30 days’ notice first — never part-way through a period you’ve already paid for.
Cancel any time. A couple of clicks from inside Whelpy — no phone call, no email. You keep Pro to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
14 days to change your mind. If you’re a consumer — an individual, not buying for a business — you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing. Pro switches on the moment you pay, which is you asking us to start straight away, so we keep a proportionate amount for the time you had it and refund the rest. Haven’t used it at all? You get the full amount back. To use it, cancel from your billing settings inside Whelpy or email hello@whelpy.co.uk within the 14 days.
Nothing is held hostage. Cancel or lapse and your records stay readable and exportable — export is free on every plan, including free Lite.
